Now that you have signed the lease, what is next?

1. Online Portal You will receive an email invite for your online portal. Once you set up your portal login, you will be able to access your lease documents, pay your rent online, and submit online maintenance requests. You can access your online portal through our website: www.rvapm.com.
2. Renter's Insurance Obtain Renter’s Insurance. You may apply for Renter’s Insurance through your online portal or a provider of your choice. We recommend adding RVA Property Management as an “Additional Interest”.
3. Utilities Transfer resident utilities into your name on or before your lease start date to avoid a disruption in service. Some utility companies require at least two business days to transfer service. Utility company contact information is available below.
