Amanda Ivey has been involved with property management in Virginia since 2014. She started as an office assistant in a local property management company and has since become a lead property manager. Amanda has been recognized by Southern Association of Virginia Realtors as a Distinguished Property Manager five years in a row. She also has obtained and maintains her Certification in Virginia Property Management through the Virginia Association of Realtors. She persistently works with the organization to help promote best practices for property management. Amanda is married with two children and her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and gardening.
Molly Shurm, a native of Richmond, VA, has been involved with property management for over 10 years. Molly studied Integrative Studies at George Mason University and Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Molly and Shawn Shurm started RVA Property Management to help real estate clients who began to invest in the market. They have managed to grow the property management company 100% by referral over the past few years. Molly is a member of RAR, VAR, NAR, NARPM and IREM. Molly currently lives in the Richmond area with her husband and two children.
